At the Nordik Hotel, a spa is ready to welcome guests after a day on skis, an excursion to the Stelvio National Park, a mountain bike climb on the Gavia.
At guests' disposal there are a steam bath, a sauna and a relaxation area. Regenerating, restful and comfortable environments to regain strength, regenerate the mind and remove all thoughts.
The vapours of the steam bath have a purifying effect and relax body and mind thanks to the light that gradually changes colour. Thanks to the combination of humidity and heat, the body relaxes and the muscles give up tension. The steam penetrates into the tissues, blood circulation improves and the whole body benefits from it. It’s the perfect solution for those suffering from rheumatic or muscular pain, metabolism or circulation problems, menstrual pain, colds, bronchitis, allergies and skin impurities.
With its dry bath at 80-110°C, the Nordik Hotel sauna is good for muscles, for those suffering from arthritis and chronic rheumatism. Thanks to the sweating body temperature close to 37°C tensions are released and pains are relieved.
To finish the spa path or for those who just want to relax, cozy wooden beds are the perfect location to sip a hot herbal tea with sweet music in the background.
The Nordik Hotel spa is open every afternoon from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
