Is a deposit required?
Usually the confirmation of the reservation requires a deposit, in this particular period we evaluate case by case.
If I can't come, is it possible to cancel the reservation?
It’s possible to cancel the reservation, in any case contact us for the details.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Penalty for late cancellations:
-For cancellations up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be returned in the form of a voucher to be used within 2 years.
- For cancellations made from 14 to 5 days before arrival, 50% of the stay will be charged.
-From 5 days to the day before arrival, 100% of the stay will be charged.
Is it possible to book half-board or full board?
Nordik Hotel provides bed and breakfast and half board treatment.
Is parking included?
At guests' disposal there is an outdoor parking with limited availability and in direct proximity there are free and pay public parkings.
In winter we provide a pass included in the accommodation cost for an indoor parking at the departure of the cable car at about 800 m from the Nordik Hotel.
A heated garage is available for a fee on request.
Is the spa free?
Yes, it is included in the B&B or Half Board rate.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the structure.
Is Hotel Nordik accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes. All rooms and common areas are accessible to people with disabilities. The elevator reaches all levels of the structure. The cabin has the following dimensions: L 85 cm - D 130 cm - H 200cm. The room doors are 85 cm wide.

Do you have a ski rental agreement?
Yes, we have an agreement for skis and winter equipment rental with Compagnoni Ski Service, a shop in Santa Caterina Valfurva located next to the Paradiso chairlift.
